About Me

My name is Trish. I'm a 31 year old wife and mother from Connecticut, US. I'm just getting into the blogging life, but have been reading for many years. I didn't discover my love of reading until the 8th grade when we had to read The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton, that book literally changed my life. After that book, I read as many young adult books that I could get my hands on. I have since expanded my genres to include others as I aged, but I still love/read young adult. Lately the romance genre has been my biggest focus, but I also enjoy mystery, thriller, historical fiction, and of course many children's books with my almost 4 year old. I have read over 500 books now, reading on average a book a day. I never thought I would get into electronic books, as I'm old fashioned and love having the actual book in my hands, but lately I've found the convince of reading on my Kindle easier. I hope to work on growing my collection and having my own in home library some day--so jealous of Belle from Beauty and the Beast. I'm always on the lookout for good books, so please send me any recommendations that you think I should read. I hope you find some good ones here as well.
